A valid credit card number has several fields and each of them has a meaning. For the technically inclined, this number complies to the ISO 7812 numbering standard. An contains a six-digit issuer identification number (IIN), an individual account identification number, and a single digit checksum.

A credit card number is not a bunch of random numbers. There is a formule for checking if it is correct. After a quick google I found this javascript which will check a creditcard number to be valid.You define the variable name re16digit but later refer to it as re10digit, which will throw an error. To simplify your code, you should use RegExp.prototype.test() rather than String.prototype.search()
For testing purpose only All credit card numbers are divided into 3 parts: Issuer Identifier – 6 digits to identify the issuer of the card. Acccount Number – 6 to 9 digits to identify the individual account number. Check Digit – 1 digit computed as a checksum of the Issuer Identifier and the Account Number based on Luhn algorithm. For example, credit card number “4417123456789112” consists of: “441712” – Identifies a Visa partner as the issuer.

банк указывается как issuing bank
имя владельца — cardholder’s name
у вашего банка нет интернет-банкинга и/или у вас не подключено sms-оповещение о транзакциях по вашей карте? тогда это очень не предусмотрительно с вашей стороны делать оплаты в инете по этой карте. в будущем будьте осторожнее.
советую для интернет-платежей завести отдельную карту с отдельным счетом.

После этого спрашивают стандартные вещи

Expiry Date*
И только в следующем разделе спрашивают имя владельца карты, так как оно фигурирует на карте (в случае, если оно не совпадает с вашим именем).

Почти всегда name on card означает имя кардхолдера так как оно написано на карте. Но на самом деле процессинг эту информацию не проверяет. Это нужно для будущих разборок в случае чего.
Зато в примитивных системах анти-фрода часто стоит проверка на соответствие двух полей -имя пассажира и имя на карте. В этом случае предлагаю писать в обоих полях идентичную надпись независмро от того что действительно написано на карте
А эти индусы еще и возраст пытаются сличать. Смешно.
В будущем, большая просьба, будьте внимательнее — name card и name on card — это очень разные вещи. Name card — это клубная карта без права передачи другому лицу.
